2. Nature of the Service
BluntChart provides AI-generated birth chart readings for entertainment purposes only. Our readings are based on Western tropical astrology and generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude API). We do not claim astrology is scientifically proven. Nothing produced by BluntChart should be interpreted as professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, financial, or legal. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on your reading.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BluntChart. By using the Service you confirm you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
4. Payments
BluntChart charges a one-time fee per reading. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of service.
5. Refund Policy
Because readings are digital products generated and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final. If a technical error prevents your reading from being generated or delivered, contact us and we will regenerate it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. See our full

6. Intellectual Property
All content produced by BluntChart — including readings, shareable cards, and website copy — is the property of BluntChart. You may share your personal reading for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute our content for commercial gain without written permission.
7. User Data
We collect birth data (name, date, time, location) and payment email solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. See our

8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our underlying AI prompts or systems; (c) resell or redistribute readings; (d) submit false birth data to manipulate results; (e) use automated systems to access the Service at scale.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
BluntChart is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Astrology readings are interpretive and subjective. We do not guarantee that readings will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BluntChart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your reading.
